We began making 100% maple syrup for ourselves and found others crave fresh, local syrup also. It is a month of hard work and long hours but ahhh . . . the reward is so sweet.
We collect sap using a gravity system of tubing and barrels. We do not add anything to the syrup and filter it without using any other products other than a filter. This is the purest maple syrup you will find.
As a natural sweetener maple syrup has a variety of uses besides drizzling over pancakes and waffles. It is an alternative to sugar in your coffee, sweetens granola, cereal and smoothies, makes a great base for glazes, rubs and sauces or as a topping on ice cream and yogurt to name a few.
